We believe in giving back to the community as much as we can, that is why 10% of the proceeds from our shop sales will be donated to the Purple Leash Project by Purina and RedRover.
What is the Purple Leash Project you may ask! It is a program dedicated to keeping pets and paw-rents together in times of crises. “Studies show that 68% of households in the U.S. include pets, and up to 50% of domestic violence survivors delay leaving out of concern for their pets.” (Red Rover)
“The “Purple Leash Project” partnership with Purina, provides funding to build pet-friendly facilities, may also provide additional resources, such as nutritious cat or dog food, for the domestic violence shelters.” (Red Rover)
